Children’s Dentistry of Visalia is looking for dedicated, energetic, full-time or part time associate general dentist/pediatric dentist for our new office location in Visalia, California. Our ideal associate is someone who is kind, patient, and understanding to patients, parents, and our staff. Our dental group fosters an environment of unity and teamwork, while allowing you the autonomy necessary to bolster your skills as a dentist working with children. We are fortunate to have a great reputation within the dental and medical community. Our offices are designed for two doctors so you don’t have to work alone. We accept fee for service and Medicaid dental insurances, no capitation plans. Our schedule is thoughtfully organized in a way that allows the practitioner to be productive and efficient but not overworked. Our goal is to provide our patients with the best dental care possible. We believe that if you take care of the patient the financial benefits will take care of themselves, so there is absolutely no pressure for the doctor to “produce”. Doctor compensation is a daily minimum guarantee or percentage of production, whichever is greater. Our average doctor earns $1,500+ / day. The practice accepts cash, PPO, and Denti-Cal insurances. The area is within driving distance to many notable California sites including Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks, the Pacific Ocean, Disneyland, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Los Angeles.
