As a Surgical Dental Assistant in our practice, you wonât just assist in procedures, youâll be a direct part of life-changing transformations . Youâll stand chairside during advanced implant surgeries and full-mouth reconstructions, then witness the impact you helped create during post-op and delivery appointments. Seeing a patient smile confidently for the first time in years is a moment that never gets old and one that reminds you why this work truly matters. Weâre growing and preparing to move into a larger surgical facility to expand our implant capacity and bring on additional doctors. Our surgeries are booked out over a month, and patients are eager to begin their new chapter sooner. Weâre building a team that supports one another, learns together, and takes pride in precision, excellence, and compassionate care.
