Benefits: 401(k) Summary We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and open-minded General Dentist who is willing to embrace the best practices of Western dentistry along with biologically compatible dental protocols and materials. This part-time Associate position has the potential to develop into full-time employment. Our practice is mercury-free and fluoride-free, operating as a Biological (Holistic) dental office. We have a busy practice, averaging 10-15 patients daily, and we are available for patient care from Tuesday to Friday for both Dentistry and Hygiene. The schedule for a new Associate can be flexible. Responsibilities: Provide thorough dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans that consider patients' needs and preferences. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, crowns, inlays, simple and surgical extractions, bone grafts or Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF), scaling and root planning (SRP), gingivectomy, Invisalign, etc... Utilize Dentrix dental software for patient management and medical documentation. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to provide comprehensive patient care. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term commitment.
