We are currently seeking a Dental Assistant (RDA preferred) to join our dedicated team and float around to our 4 local offices. What You'll Do: Assist our dentists during exams and procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure supplies are stocked and ready. Take and develop X-rays, following all safety and regulatory protocols. Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Manage appointments and assist with front desk duties when needed. Ensure compliance with infection control standards and HIPAA regulations. Provide support for endodontic procedures by preparing materials and assisting in treatments. What Weâre Looking For: A minimum of 2 years experience as a Dental Assistant (RDA preferred). Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control practices. Weâre especially interested in candidates who have worked with advanced dental technology such as CEREC same-day crowns, CBCT imaging, and iTero scanning systems. Proficiency with Open Dental software and experience with medical coding. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask effectively and work well within a team.
