Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Perform dental procedures such as extractions, fillings, crowns, and preventive care. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment options. Utilize dental practice management software for patient management and record keeping. Implement aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment during procedures. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive measures to improve their overall dental health. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution, current dental license in California and up to date CE requirements, and strong knowledge of dental anatomy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, reliable with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced dental environment, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
