Requirements: Valid KY Dental License (or willingness to acquire) Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited school of Dentistry Comprehensive “Bread and Butter” General Dentistry experience/knowledge Confident in diagnosing patients and recommending proper treatment plans 1+ years of professional experience as a practicing Dentist Must have current DEA registration numbers and controlled substance in the state of KY KY Medicaid provider number (or willingness to acquire) Preferred Skills: Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry experience Simple & Surgical Extractions Endodontic Therapy proficiency Ability to speak Spanish and English Benefits Very flexible schedule (practice will tailor the schedule to Associate’s preference) Practice procedural mix tailored to Associate’s strengths and preferences Marketing and transition plan in place for incoming Associate Opportunity for buy-in/buy-out in the future Continuing Education opportunities Practice and Service Overview: At this community-focused practice, the patient’s comfort & satisfaction always come first.
