Facility Type: Indian Health Provider Profession Needed: DDS, DMD Specialty: General Dentistry - All ages Start Date: ASAP End Date: On-going Length of Assignment: 3-month assignment with potential to extend Jan - April to start : 4 10/hr shifts available - M-TH 7a - 6p 1hr lunch Patient Volume: Average 16-18 Procedures: General Dentistry - Bread n butter - Must see all ages: 44% Pediatrics - Procedures: Basic Restorative (Amalgams/Composites), Child recall (exam,prophy,fluoride), Basic Prosthodontics (dentures, repairs, partials, relines), Crown/Bridge Preps and Seats, Endodontics (atleast anterior, bicuspids), Extractions EMR: Certifications Needed: DEA and BLS - Board Certified Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: MUST have 3 years of experience. Comfortable working in rural health.
