You will formulate your own treatment plans and communicate these recommendations to the patients with the assistance of our skilled staff. Requirements: Our ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years clinical experience as a DENTIST, and be comfortable with all aspects of general dentistry, including implant restorations and identifying the need for periodontal treatments. We are looking for someone proficient in digital scanning, CEREC restorations, and dental sleep medicine. Experience in and a passion for some oral surgery (extractions) is ideal. We are seeking a confident professional who possesses excellent communication and treatment plan presentation skills, as well as the clinical and interpersonal skills necessary to build long term patient and team member relationships. You should be comfortable working independently, directing your clinical staff in a positive and professional manner, and managing all aspects of patient treatment. You must have an active CA dental license in good standing. You must have valid malpractice liability insurance. On time attendance is required.
