Office will be relocating to a bigger facility Jan. 7-9 not too far from our current location as our practice is currently expanding. We will open for operation in our new location Jan. 12th. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their appointment details, and assist with new patient intake processes Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using electronic scheduling systems Open Dental and mConsent. Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously Verify insurance coverage Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation review in compliance with HIPAA regulations Support clinic operations through filing, data entry (including 10 key typing), and managing office supplies Skills Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist with strong office management skills Proficiency in Open Dental and mConsent is highly desirable. Knowledge of dental terminology, dental coding, and health information management standards. Experience with insurance verification processes and dental billing practices including Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and multi-line phone system operation Strong customer service orientation with exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining confidentiality Bilingual (Spanish) abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively Dental office experience preferred; familiarity with dental office workflows highly advantageous Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values professionalism, efficiency, and compassionate patient care.
