About the Role Seeking dedicated Dental Assistants to join our growing clinical team in Bradenton, FL. Title: Dental Assistant Location: Bradenton, FL Shift: Full-Time | 40 hrs/week Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms by following prescribed procedures and protocols Greet, seat, drape, and prepare patients for dental treatment Sterilize and deliver instruments; position tools for dentist access Provide chairside assistance including passing instruments, suctioning, and preparing dental materials Take and develop radiographs; pour, trim, and polish study casts Fabricate temporary restorations and clean/polish removable appliances Assist in dental and medical emergencies; maintain CPR and emergency readiness Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions Accurately chart dental services in patient records Maintain confidentiality and adhere to infection-control and safety protocols Conserve dental resources by properly using supplies and equipment Attend workshops and review professional publications to maintain technical knowledge Support overall team goals and perform other duties as assigned Skills & QualificationsRequired Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program OR Six (6) months of hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant CPR Certification X-Ray Certification Preferred Graduate of a Board of Dentistry-approved dental assisting program For More Information: Please contact: Ivy Carter â Senior Recruiter Email: sterlingtherapyservices1@gmail.com Call/Text: 540-329-8363 Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
