Responsibilities Lead and supervise the clinical team to ensure effective patient care and operational excellence. Assist in orthodontic procedures, utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency. Maintain a thorough understanding of dental terminology and apply it in daily operations. Manage patient records using Dentrix software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with pediatric dentistry specialists to provide comprehensive care for younger patients. Utilize medical imaging technologies and 3D scanners for diagnostics and treatment planning. Implement aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures. Train and mentor new staff members on clinical protocols, equipment usage, and best practices. Ensure compliance with all health regulations and safety standards within the clinic. Skills Proficient in assisting with orthodontic procedures and understanding of dental terminology. Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus for managing patient interactions effectively. Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles to cater to younger patients' needs. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and equipment used in orthodontics. Strong skills in four-handed dentistry to optimize workflow during treatments. Expertise in aseptic technique to maintain hygiene standards in the clinic.
