What You’ll Do: Provide professional dental cleanings and assess patients’ oral health Capture digital x-rays and assist with diagnostic procedures Apply fluoride and sealants to help prevent decay Offer personalized oral hygiene instructions and nutritional counseling Keep accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations Follow all sterilization and infection prevention protocols Work closely with dentists and team members to ensure top-quality patient care Track patient progress and encourage follow-through with treatment plans Pitch in with front office or clinical support when needed Who You Are: Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Illinois (required) CPR/BLS certification (required) Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree) Strong communicator with a patient-first attitude Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a must Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities Experience using Open Dental is a plus Prior hygiene experience is a bonus, but not required — we welcome new grads too!
