Duties Welcome patients warmly and guide them through the treatment process with enthusiasm and professionalism Coordinate appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up care to ensure timely delivery of services Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, communicating treatment options, financial arrangements, and scheduling details clearly Assist with insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and financial consultations to optimize patient understanding and satisfaction Maintain accurate patient records by updating charts with treatment notes, billing information, and appointment history Educate patients on procedures, post-treatment care instructions, and available payment options to foster informed decision-making Support the administrative team by managing phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling efficiently Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards at all times Requirements Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) Previous orthodontic experience required Strong knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support in a busy environment Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and multitasking abilities Familiarity with dental office procedures or healthcare workflows is a plus Exceptional communication skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in documentation Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by providing outstanding coordination and support.
