The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. Duties BILINGUAL in Spanish Is a must Experience 2+ years, verifying insurances, making treatment plans, scheduling patients Greet patients warmly and manage their check-in and check-out processes. Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar effectively. Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about services offered. Maintain patient records with attention to detail, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Process payments and insurance claims accurately. Assist dental professionals by preparing treatment rooms and ensuring necessary materials are available. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and a welcoming environment for patients. Skills Previous office experience is essential, preferably within a healthcare or dental setting. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in using office software and equipment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A friendly disposition with a customer-focused approach to service delivery. Strong organisational skills to manage appointments and patient records efficiently.
