Our patients appreciate our honesty, gentle care, and the time we take to explain everything. Due to rapid growth, we are looking for a part-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Position Part-time hygienist – Mondays to start (1 day/week) Strong possibility to add more days as the hygiene schedule grows Ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term home in a high-quality, patient-focused private practice Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental hygiene care: Adult and child prophylaxis Scaling and root planing Periodontal charting and maintenance Sealants, fluoride treatments Digital radiographs and intra-oral photos Provide excellent patient education about home care, periodontal disease, and prevention Review medical histories and communicate findings to Dr. Chi Assist with co-diagnosis and documentation for treatment planning Maintain strict infection-control and OSHA/HIPAA standards Help create a warm, welcoming environment for every patient Qualifications Active New Jersey Registered Dental Hygienist license (required) Certification in local anesthesia (strongly preferred) 1+ year of experience preferred, but new grads with strong clinical skills and a great attitude are welcome to apply Gentle hands, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on patient comfort Team-oriented and reliable – willing to grow with a young, expanding practice Experience with Dentrix Ascend or other cloud-based software is a plus Schedule Mondays (approx. 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ) Additional days may be added in the near future as the hygiene schedule fills.
