We are a high-tech, patient-focused general dental practice specializing in biological, biomimetic, and sedation dentistry . We’re looking for a dependable, positive, and skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities Assist chairside during general, biomimetic, and sedation procedures Support implant workflow with the Yomi robot (training provided) Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and digital impressions/scans Maintain a clean, organized, and safe operatory environment Provide excellent patient communication and education Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure an efficient patient flow Qualifications Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Tennessee (required) Experience with sedation dentistry is a plus; training available Interest in biological and biomimetic dentistry (training provided) Comfortable with technology and digital systems Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude Reliable and punctual—must be able to start at 6:40 AM Monday–Thursday Why Work With Us 4-day workweek (Fridays off!)
