We are looking for a dependable, upbeat, and clinically skilled Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. Position Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist with all clinical procedures, including: Bracket bonding and debonding Archwire changes Taking digital X-rays, photos, and scans Retainer checks and delivery Sterilization and operatory setup Provide excellent chairside communication and patient education Maintain accurate chart notes and support smooth patient flow Prepare and organize clinic instruments and materials Follow all practice protocols, infection control guidelines, and safety procedures Support front-office team as needed (team-based environment) Travel to other locations within the practice group as reasonably needed What Weâre Looking For Orthodontic assisting experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, punctual, and committed to a high standard of patient care Great communicator with a friendly, professional personality Coachable and eager to learn new techniques Comfort with digital systems (iTero scanning, Dolphin, etc. â preferred but not required) Schedule & Compensation Full-time position (MondayâFriday) Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for career advancement Employee orthodontic benefits Supportive team and growth-oriented environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Paid training Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
