Job Summary We are seeking two skilled a dental professionals as either a Lead Registered Dental Assistant and a Registered Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will lead our clinical team, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and operational efficiency. Responsibilities - Oversee the clinical team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations - Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to clinical staff - Assist in chair-side procedures, including X-Rays, endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics and general dentistry - Utilize Open Dental for patient records - Implement and maintain aseptic techniques in accordance with industry standards - Coordinate with dentist and front staff to deliver exceptional patient care - Perform four-handed dentistry techniques efficiently - Manage pediatric patients with care and compassion Experience - Previous experience in an orthodontic or dental clinic setting - Proficiency in X-Ray procedures and other dental technologies - Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus - Strong knowledge of techniques and infection control protocols - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Join our team as a Lead Dental Assistant and/or Dental Assistant and contribute to providing outstanding dental care while advancing your career in a supportive environment.
