We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Clinical Developer (RCD) to join our leadership team at Dental Depot DFW . In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as a clinical operations leader and liaison between our executive team and RDA staff across multiple locations. What You'll Do: Lead and mentor Lead RDAs and dental assistant teams Oversee daily clinical operations and compliance across offices Manage budgets for labs, supplies, equipment, and training Implement training programs and drive professional development Ensure exceptional patient experiences and streamlined clinical workflows Serve as the go-to clinical resource for doctors, PMs, and staff What You’ll Bring: ✔ Active Texas RDA Certification ✔ Strong leadership and team development skills ✔ Excellent understanding of clinical protocols and compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, radiation safety) ✔ Experience managing multi-site teams and operations This full-time role requires reliable transportation and on-site presence across our DFW offices.
