The RDA is responsible for working with doctors to ensure efficient patient flow and assure the back office runs smoothly and in accordance with HIPPA and OSHA regulations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Ensures efficient patient flow and care Follows OSHA and HIPAA guidelines Lab case tracking Provides positive patient experiences Maintains a professional working relationship with doctors and staff Assists the Doctor chair side Takes X-rays Updates treatment plans Enters notes and charts Maintains organization of back office Other duties as assigned MINIMUM EDUCATION/LICENSURE AND REQUIREMENTS License: Registered Dental Assistant License X-Ray Certification Requirements: Minimum one year experience required Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred BLS/CPR Certified Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred but not required Maintains a high level of integrity Excellent customer service required EOE Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
