What Youâll Do Assist the orthodontist with a variety of procedures â from placing brackets to adjusting wires, delivering clear aligners, and taking impressions Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for each patient Take dental xârays using stateâofâtheâart digital imaging Record and update patient information using GreyFinch software Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide clear postâtreatment care instructions Maintain strict infection control and follow HIPAA standards Ensure every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and informed What Weâre Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (required) Completion of a dental assisting program (preferred) Current dental xâray certification (required) Experience with GreyFinch (preferred) Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities Calm, professional demeanor in a fastâpaced environment Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene to represent our practice well Reliable, proactive work ethic with a commitment to providing exceptional chairside assistance Consistent punctuality â being prepared and on time ensures the best possible care for our patients and smooth daily operations If youâre ready to join a closeâknit, passionate team that makes a difference every day, weâd love to meet you!
