What You’ll Do Assist the orthodontist with a variety of procedures — from placing brackets to adjusting wires, delivering clear aligners, and taking impressions Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for each patient Take dental x‑rays using state‑of‑the‑art digital imaging Record and update patient information using GreyFinch software Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide clear post‑treatment care instructions Maintain strict infection control and follow HIPAA standards Ensure every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and informed What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (required) Completion of a dental assisting program (preferred) Current dental x‑ray certification (required) Experience with GreyFinch (preferred) Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities Calm, professional demeanor in a fast‑paced environment Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene to represent our practice well Reliable, proactive work ethic with a commitment to providing exceptional chairside assistance Consistent punctuality — being prepared and on time ensures the best possible care for our patients and smooth daily operations If you’re ready to join a close‑knit, passionate team that makes a difference every day, we’d love to meet you!
