Dental Assistant – Surgical & Restorative (Full-Time) S apphire Dental Studio – Winter Garden, FL $23–$30 per hour | Full-Time | Benefits after 90 introductory days About Us Sapphire Dental Studio is a brand-new, specialty-driven private dental clinic in Winter Garden, FL, founded by a Periodontist and Prosthodontist passionate about advanced, compassionate, and detail-oriented care. Our state-of-the-art, spa-inspired office combines cutting-edge technology with a calming patient experience. We’re looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant who wants to help set up the office, grow with us, and become part of our dental family . Position Summary This role involves assisting in both restorative and surgical procedures , supporting doctors to deliver seamless, high-quality patient care. We’re seeking someone organized, respectful, and eager to learn , who takes initiative to keep the day running smoothly and helps create a positive, supportive environment for both patients and team members. Key Responsibilities Chairside assist for restorative, surgical, and implant procedures with precision and efficiency. Fabricate beautiful, natural-looking temporaries . Confidently use intraoral scanners (required); assist with 3D printing workflows (a plus). Support IV sedation procedures (experience a plus). Maintain operatory setup, sterilization, and organized transitions between patients. Monitor lab cases, product inventory, and supply orders . Collaborate with hygienists and front office staff — we value teamwork above all. Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with patients and colleagues. Support simple treatment planning and patient education as needed. Ideal Candidate Experience in both implant surgery and restorative dentistry . Proficient with intraoral scanning ; 3D printing experience preferred. Familiar with IV sedation assisting . Highly organized, proactive, and reliable — helps ensure the day flows efficiently. Team-oriented, respectful, and compassionate communicator. Takes pride in quality work and patient care. Eager to grow with a new, specialty-based practice and contribute to building our foundation. Schedule & Compensation Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Friday or Saturday shifts may be requested in advance.) Pay: $23–$30/hour (based on experience and skill set).
