Must be able to make high quality temps, do adjustments, take impressions and be a self starter . We are unable to train someone. Our assistant went to California and fell in love. She is moving. We love her to pieces and hope to find someone like her. She is a self motivator, strong in her skill set, connects well with patients and is funny and sweet. Last year our dental assistant of 10 years retired(42 years in dentistry). Our office is cross trained to a degree so we can be flexible with our schedules.
