Orthodontic Asst to serve as Executive Organizer to the doctor - Fox Braces & Invisalign - Fort Lauderdale, FL

You will be performing communication to all staff and keep communication to everyone that Dr Fox needs. This is a RIGHT ARM executive assistant that knows how to get things done and loves to see their boss expand and be successful. Fast paced environment. Skills needed placing braces, Invisalign attachments and making Essix retainers. Ortho assisting only if someone sick or someone on vacation or if schedule gets busy during the day. New Position added, not a replacement. We are growing while others are slowing down and cutting hours. Orthodontic assistant needed with at least one-year ortho training with a real orthodontist ( not with a general dentist ) is needed who will serve as a personal assistant to the doctor and serve as ortho asst as needed. Monday through Friday position to add to the team. Schedule is 8-5. Personal Assistant to the doctor skills: 1) Must have laptop. 2) know emailing, computer. 3) Must have high English skills with no spelling mistakes. Must be able to communicate with patients, staff and outside public with total duplication and of what they say and make sure they understand with kindness what Dr Fox wants to have happen. 4) Able to get things done and fast.
