Candidate Requirements
We seek a dedicated professional with solid technical foundations and strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to balance independent work with collaborative efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during procedures (four-handed dentistry)
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Prepare and place dental materials (impressions, temporary crowns, sealants, etc.)
- Suction, retract, and ensure patient comfort during procedures
- Maintain infection control and OSHA compliance
- Greet and seat patients; review medical histories
- Explain procedures and post-op instructions
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Monitor patient comfort and respond to concerns
