Associate General Dentist – Ohio (Job Posting) An established Ohio-based dental practice is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate General Dentist to join the team. Position Overview The Associate General Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to a broad patient population, including diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive care, restorative procedures, and selected specialty services. Key Responsibilities · Provide comprehensive general dental services, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive care, restorative dentistry, simple extractions, and basic endodontic procedures. · Deliver specialty procedures within your scope of training and competence (e.g., complex extractions, endodontics, limited prosthodontics, pediatric care, or other agreed-upon focus areas). Qualifications · DMD or DDS degree from a Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA)–accredited dental school and Ohio certified. Compensation & Benefits · 33% compensation on eligible general dental procedures. · 40% compensation on eligible specialty procedures (within the associate’s scope of training and agreed-upon services). · Additional details regarding minimums, adjustments, and payment schedule to be outlined in the associate agreement.
