A fast-paced private dental office in Wallingford, CT is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our amazing team. Key Responsibilities Greet and prepare patients for dental treatment Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of dental procedures Take dental radiographs and intra-oral photos Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care Prepare, disinfect, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Maintain compliance with CDC, OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards Manage dental supply inventory and perform other related duties Requirements Current Radiology and Infection Control Certifications (Required) Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required Basic computer knowledge and skills Experience with OpenDental preferred License/Certification Infection Control Certification (Required) Radiology Certification (Required) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Work Location: In person
