Ideal candidates would enjoy developing relationships with patients while providing excellent dental care experiences in our vibrant and loyal community, which we have served for over twenty years. A matching candidate would have an open and positive attitude, a passion for delivering excellent dental care experiences, enjoy a busy hygiene schedule, and excellent new patient flow. Established office with six new ergonomic operatories with additional operatories for future expansion. Although we value experience, new graduates are welcome to apply. Associates would have the option to buy in and/or buy out the practice. Guaranteed daily rate for the first six months, after six months pay will be a percent of Net production or daily rate whichever is greater. New graduates encouraged to apply.
