AMAZING OPPORTUNITY AS OUR HYGIENIST IS MOVING! Position Overview We are looking for a Dental Hygienist, preferably with at least three years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in dental hygiene but also comfortable training new hygienists, working closely with the doctor to create treatment plans, and effectively communicating with patients. Hours Needed: The position would require working 3-4 days/ week Monday - Thursday for a total of 20-30 hours. No late nights! Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment options Work closely with the doctor to efficiently treatment plan for patients Train and mentor new dental hygienists as needed Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols Contribute to a positive and professional team environment Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of dental hygiene experience Active state dental hygiene license Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy, digital charting, and radiographs Excellent communication and patient education skills Ability to train and mentor new hygienists A team-oriented mindset with a focus on providing top-quality patient care Why Join Us?
