Weâre hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join a private group practice focused on high-quality, patient-centered care. This is a MondayâThursday role in a collaborative, modern clinical environment. What Youâll Do Provide preventive care, prophys, exams, and take digital X-rays Perform periodontal treatments including scaling and root planing Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes Follow infection control standards and best clinical practices Build trust and long-term relationships with patients Requirements: Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license (required) Strong clinical and patient-care skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Comfortable with digital X-rays and electronic records Open Dental experience a plus Benefits: Medical & dental for employee and dependents (after 90 days) Paid time off and paid holidays (after 90 days; accrual increases with tenure) 401(k) with 3% company match after 1 year / 1,000 hours Stable MondayâThursday schedule Supportive, patient-focused work environment
