Washington Pediatric Dentistry is a pediatric dental office situated in Downtown Silver Spring. Our office is committed to providing quality dental care in a warm, kid-friendly environment. We are interested in candidates that share the same commitment and enthusiasm in working with children and families daily. We are growing and looking for a dental hygienist to join our team. The role can be part-time or full-time. We are offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for hygienist(s) joining by January 31, 2026. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Conduct patient assessments and document medical and dental histories Chart dental conditions in dental software based on dentist observations and evaluations Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing Discuss oral hygiene and preventive care instructions with parents and patients Collaborate with team and assist doctor in treatment planning Role Requirements Minimum - 1 year of experience Reliable transportation to and from work, enabling team member to be punctual each day Self-motivated team player Preferred Experience and Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) Outstanding verbal communication skills Experience with children Committed to quality patient care, and passion for helping others Energetic, hardworking, and able to work independently Please apply to this posting if you are qualified and interested in joining the Washington Pediatric Dentistry team!
