Job Summary We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental practice! The position is open for Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. This is a part-time position with opportunity for full-time. Responsibilities Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and polishing procedures to maintain oral health. Conduct patient assessments including vital signs and medical history review. Take radiographs on patients. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient records using Dentrix. Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed, including aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures. Review medical and dental documentation for completeness and accuracy. Support pediatric dentistry services by providing age-appropriate patient care. Assist in medical coding and documentation review for billing purposes when necessary. Requirements Valid Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
