In the ideal candidate, we're looking for a professional with the following qualities and experience: A strong background in assisting with dental implant surgeries, including hands-on experience with overdentures and fixed arch surgeries. Expertise in removable prosthetics, including the ability to assist in the fitting, adjustment, and maintenance of dentures, partials, and other removable appliances. A compassionate approach to patient care, with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment. The ability to effectively communicate with both the dental team and patients, ensuring clear understanding and coordination during procedures. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well within a team, contributing to a positive work environment. The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
