Overview We are seeking an experienced Dental Front Office professional to join our busy dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a thorough understanding of dental office operations, and proficiency in insurance and patoent copay collection. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office workflows, excellent patient service, and accurate documentation. Candidates with clinic experience, dental terminology knowledge, and familiarity with dental software such as Open Dental are highly preferred. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Schedule appointments efficiently using Open Dental (Will train if you have Dentrix experience this will be so easy) Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance verification, and handle billing processes including copay collections Review and update patient records accurately within Open Dental Manage patient intake, check-in/check-out procedures, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling inquiries related to appointments, billing, or medical records Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 36.0 per week Benefits: 403(b) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
