Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Malden, MA
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for delivering preventative dental care, educating patients about oral health, and supporting the dental team in delivering high-quality treatment. Your role is essential in promoting optimal oral hygiene and maintaining a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough dental cleanings including scaling, root planning, and polishing. Conduct oral health assessments, including periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, and documentation of findings. Take and process digital dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Apply preventive materials such as fluoride and sealants. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and disease prevention. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Collaborate with dentists to formulate individualized patient care plans.. Promote a positive, team-oriented atmosphere within the dental practice.
