As our patient base continues to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team 2 days per week , with the opportunity to transition into full-time . Position Details Schedule: Preferred: Tuesdays & Thursdays Flexible for the right candidate Hours: 2 days per week to start; increased days possible as the schedule grows Compensation: $45–$55/hr , based on experience and skill level Employment Type: Part-Time (potential full-time future) Responsibilities Provide high-quality prophylaxis, SRP, periodontal maintenance, and preventive care Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and treatment needs Collaborate closely with the doctor and assistants for comprehensive care Maintain accurate, detailed clinical notes and documentation Support a smooth patient flow by managing time efficiently Contribute positively to the overall patient experience and team culture What We’re Looking For Active Texas RDH license Minimum 1–2 years of experience preferred (but not required if clinically strong) Strong communication and patient-education skills Friendly, professional, reliable, and team-oriented Ability to work efficiently in a busy, multi-provider environment Comfort discussing treatment needs and supporting case acceptance Why Join Us?
