Job Summary RDA-EF (Extended Functions) – Boutique Implant & Cosmetic Practice Beverly Hills | 4 Days/Week | Quality-Focused | Patient-Centered We are a boutique, high-end dental practice in Beverly Hills seeking an exceptional California RDA-EF who is not only clinically skilled, but also highly articulate, professional, and confident communicating with patients . About the Practice Low volume, high-quality care Implant, surgical, and advanced restorative dentistry One-doctor / one-assistant model Strong systems and clear expectations Professional, drama-free culture This is not a high-volume or assembly-line practice. Position ResponsibilitiesClinical & Extended Functions Chairside assisting for advanced restorative and implant procedures Perform extended functions within CA scope, including: Digital scanning/impressions Temporaries and provisional restorations Adjustments, polishing, and restorative support Maintain excellent clinical flow, setup, and breakdown Ensure strict infection control and sterilization protocols Patient Communication & Follow-Up Conduct post-operative patient care calls (non-diagnostic) Follow up with consult patients to reinforce treatment plans already presented Answer patient questions within scope and escalate appropriately Provide reassurance, clarity, and continuity of care Maintain professional, warm, and confident communication at all times Practice Representation & Promotion Serve as a professional representative of the office and doctor Support promotion of office services through patient education and communication Reinforce the value and quality of care provided by the practice Maintain polished presentation consistent with a high-end practice Required Qualifications Current California RDA-EF license (required) Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience Experience in implant, cosmetic, or advanced restorative dentistry preferred Highly articulate with excellent verbal communication skills Professional phone presence and patient-facing confidence Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with digital dentistry (TRIOS/CBCT experience a plus) Emotionally mature, calm, and dependable Who We Are Looking For Responsible, reliable, and proactive Takes ownership of both clinical care and patient experience Comfortable speaking with patients about treatment plans (within scope) Values quality, precision, and trust Enjoys a structured, focused work environment Seeking a long-term role , not short-term employment Schedule & Compensation 4 days per week Competitive, top-of-market compensation based on experience Stable, predictable schedule Professional, respectful work environment How to Apply Please submit: Your resume A brief note describing: Your RDA-EF experience Your comfort level with patient communication and follow-up Why you prefer quality-focused dentistry Only qualified RDA-EF candidates will be contacted.
