The Role We are looking for a skilled clinician who excels in patient education and clinical precision. You will work in a modern facility designed for both provider efficiency and patient comfort (including in-chair entertainment like Netflix). Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling and root planing (SRP), and periodontal charting with a gentle, patient-focused approach. Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and the vital link between oral health and systemic wellness. Diagnostic Support: Capture high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos; identify signs of periodontal disease for doctor review. Preventive Care: Administer fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive therapies. Sterilization & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA, CDC, and ADA sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment. Collaboration: Partner with our doctors and office manager to ensure seamless treatment planning and patient follow-up. Qualifications Licensure: Valid California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Certifications: Active CPR/BLS certification; Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide certifications preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a high-quality private practice is a plus, but we welcome motivated new graduates.
