Join Our Pediatric Dental Team as a Full-Time Receptionist! **preference for Bi-Lingual, Spanish speaking will be given** Location: Hiring for our Monroe, WA office location Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Each office location hosts different working hours. What You’ll Do As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and families. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting patients with kindness and professionalism Managing patient check-ins and check-outs Answering multiple phone lines, engaging in text communication with families and promptly processing faxes and replying to emails Processing over-the-counter payments Scheduling appointments to meet office goals Maintaining accurate and organized patient record Accurate insurance verification Who You Are You have at least 1 year of reception experience in a dental office (preferred)—but we’re happy to train the right person! You’re bilingual (a big advantage!!!)
