Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Lynnwood, WA
About Us We are an established startup dental practice focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care. As we continue to grow, our schedule and patient volume will vary, and we are looking for a dental hygienist who is flexible and comfortable working in a relaxed, growing environment. Compensation $90 per patient Example: Seeing 4 patients in one day = $360, 5 patients in one day=$450 Paid per patient seen (not hourly) Schedule Flexible and variable hours Patient volume may change day to day as the practice grows Ideal for hygienists seeking supplemental income or a flexible work arrangement Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and SRP's Take and review dental radiographs as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow infection control and safety protocols Collaborate with the dentist and team to ensure excellent patient care Requirements Active Dental Hygienist license in Washington. Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and patient-care skills Comfortable working in a startup environment with changing schedules Reliable, professional, and adaptable Preferred (but not required) Experience in general dentistry Familiarity with digital charting and X-rays Familiarity with Open Dental Why Join Us?
