DENTAL ASSISTANT FULL-TIME Looking for a friendly, dedicated assistant who likes to work with people. We are a hard working yet fun, hardworking team looking to support each other in a great relaxing atmosphere. Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate. We are equipped with state of the art technology to best serve the patients needs. Training on intra oral scanners can be provided. We are a different type of General Dentistry practice, our entire focus is about the experience of the patient, being a patient centered practice with a high tech/high touch atmosphere makes us unique. Duties: - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments - Take and develop dental x-rays - Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and medical history - Update and maintain electronic health records - Assist with medical coding and documentation - Manage and organize dental supplies and equipment - Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental office calendar 1-2 years of prior DA1 experience in a general dental setting X-ray/Radiology Certification is a MUST Nitrous Oxide Certification is a plus Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) a plus Knowledge of Open Dental software Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in using dental software We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including , paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
