Duties Provide comprehensive exams, restorative treatment, and high-quality patient care. Diagnose and manage a variety of dental conditions with confidence and efficiency. Perform routine restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, implant restoration, and extractions Handle same-day and urgent-care appointments using established clinical workflows. Perform (or competently evaluate) simple endodontic procedures and extractions as needed. Communicate treatment options clearly and support strong case acceptance in a fee-for-service environment. Collaborate with an experienced clinical team to maintain smooth, efficient patient flow and exceptional patient experiences. Experience 2+ years of clinical experience preferred , including confidence with routine restorative dentistry. Proven ability to diagnose and treatment plan comprehensively in a high case-acceptance environment. Experience managing same-day and urgent-care appointments with efficiency and professionalism. Comfort with simple endodontic procedures and extractions is strongly preferred (not mandatory). Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with patients seeking high-quality care.
