Office Hours & Schedule: Enjoy a consistent, balanced work schedule with no evenings or weekends. Tuesday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM One-hour lunch break provided daily What We’re Looking For: At least one year of experience in an orthodontic front office role preferred Strong understanding of orthodontic contracts, payment plans, and insurance billing Experience with collections, insurance verification, and follow-up on outstanding claims Ability to communicate treatment and financial information clearly and professionally to patients and families Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A warm, welcoming demeanor and a commitment to creating an excellent patient experience Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support other team members as needed If you’re ready to bring your experience and energy to a practice that values you as a person—not just an employee—apply today.
