No drama, just great dentistry and a supportive environment. Your Role: Assist the Orthodontist chairside (bonding, wire changes, adjustments, debonding). Take high-quality records (photos, x-rays, impressions/scans). Sterilization and infection control (keeping our patients safe is Priority #1). Patient education (teaching kids and adults how to care for their braces/aligners). Being a dependable teammate: In a small team of 5, your presence matters every single day. We rely on each other to be on time and present. What We Need From You: Reliability: Our patients count on us, and we count on you. A track record of excellent attendance is a must. Florida Dental Assistant Certification: EFDA preferred, but we are willing to train the right personality! Radiology Certification: Required (or willing to obtain immediately). Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of Dental Assisting experience (Orthodontics preferred). Active Florida Radiology Certification (or in progress). Availability: Must be available to work Mon-Thu 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM (plus brief setup/cleanup time).
