Our practice is fast-paced, supportive, and focused on providing excellent patient care and communication. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a positive, professional attitude Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient flow Verify insurance and enter patient information accurately Collect payments and review treatment estimates Maintain organization at the front desk Assist with daily administrative tasks as needed Provide excellent customer service and support to patients Requirements Reception or customer service experience required (dental preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and organized Ability to multitask in a busy environment Basic computer skills and comfort with dental software (preferred) Bilingual English/Spanish Compensation $18 – $22 per hour (based on experience) Full-time or part-time schedule Opportunity for growth within the company Supportive team environment Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
