About the Role We are seeking an eager and enthusiastic Dental Assistant—someone who is patient-focused, service-minded, and ready to support both clinical excellence and an exceptional patient experience. This position includes standard Dental Assistant duties plus lead responsibilities. What You'll Do Clinical & Patient Care ● Provide 5-star, service-minded care to all patients ● Communicate with compassion while educating patients on treatment and wellness ● Support the doctor’s treatment planning and help patients understand their needs ● Recognize and communicate the mouth-body wellness connection ● Accurately document existing conditions and new treatment Lead / Coordination Responsibilities ● Manage patient flow to optimize scheduling and reduce wait times ● Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of dental assistants ● Train new team members and ensure adherence to best practices and safety protocols ● Collaborate with the front office on appointments, treatment planning, and scheduling ● Maintain strict infection control procedures ● Oversee ordering and inventory management to keep supplies well-stocked Experience with Archy is a big plus and any experience with digital dentistry! We are also willing to train the right motivated candidate.
