Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of general dentistry procedures, excellent patient care skills, and proficiency with advanced dental software systems. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments, including patient history review and clinical evaluation Diagnose dental conditions utilizing medical imaging, dental terminology, and anatomy knowledge Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, pediatric, and oral surgical procedures Conduct dental procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques Utilize dental software systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for accurate documentation of medical records and treatment notes Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions Maintain strict infection control protocols in compliance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards Collaborate with dental team members to ensure seamless patient care delivery using four-handed dentistry techniques Keep up-to-date with advancements in dental technology and procedures to enhance patient outcomes Requirements Valid state license to practice dentistry with current credentials in good standing Proven experience in general dentistry; experience with pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery is preferred Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix Strong understanding of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy relevant to oral health care Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental fabrication, and other complex procedures Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques in a clinical setting Experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment is highly desirable Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate clearly Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards Join our team to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through exceptional dental care delivered in a professional setting that values expertise, compassion, and continuous learning.
