Position Overview We’re seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll perform preventative dental hygiene services, educate patients on oral health, and work closely with our dentists to develop treatment plans—all within a supportive environment that values the art of dentistry as much as the science. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including charting and periodontal evaluations Perform prophylaxis (cleanings), scaling, root planing, and other hygiene procedures Take and process dental radiographs (x-rays) Develop individualized patient education plans on oral hygiene, nutrition, and adjunctive dental products Collaborate with dentists to formulate treatment plans and discuss findings Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and treatment documentation Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, and state health regulations; sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in TN 1+ years of clinical hygiene experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply!)
