Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and confident Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Front Office to join our team at a new Lucent Orthodontics location opening in San Antonio. This role is critical to our orthodontic program and focuses on patient consultations, financial discussions, and driving case acceptance. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable leading treatment conversations while building strong relationships with both patients and the orthodontist. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and guide them through the orthodontic consultation process Present orthodontic treatment plans clearly and confidently Discuss financial options, insurance benefits, and payment plans with families Drive case acceptance and treatment starts Coordinate closely with the orthodontist using consistent treatment verbiage Schedule orthodontic appointments and follow ups Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in Open Dental Verify insurance and review orthodontic benefits Provide a high level patient experience from first consult through treatment start Manage incoming calls and patient inquiries professionally Requirements Prior experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator or dental front office role with strong financial responsibilities Proven success with orthodontic case acceptance and patient financial discussions Proficiency with Open Dental is required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build rapport with patients, families, and the doctor Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of dental terminology and orthodontic workflows Fluency in both English and Spanish is required Why Join Lucent Orthodontics Brand new, modern orthodontic office Collaborative doctor and leadership team Opportunity to play a key role in growing a new location Patient-focused, relationship-driven care model If you are confident presenting treatment, enjoy connecting with patients, and want to be a key part of an orthodontic team from day one, we would love to hear from you.
