Employee Status: Full-Time (4 days per week) or Part-Time (3 days per week). Minimum Guarantee: $850 per day for the first 3 months or percentage (Whichever is higher). Sign-On Bonus: $10,000.00 (For full-time). Benefits: 401(k) with match. Health/Medical/Vision Insurance offered. CE course Reimbursement. Malpractice Insurance. Equity/Partnership opportunity after 1 year. Office Hours: Monday-Thursday (7:30a - 4:30p). Friday (8a-2p). Knowledge/Skills Required: Must be comfortable with general dentist procedures- restorative, Crowns, and Bridgework, Removable dentures, anterior and molar endodontic procedures, simple and surgical extractions. Good bedside manner. Ability to work in a team environment. Experience with placing implants preferred but not required. Education/Experience Required: Experience required. North Carolina Dental License. Physical and Environmental Requirements: May be required to lift up to 20 lbs. Active movement throughout the day: sitting, walking, standing, squatting, bending, stooping, reaching, etc. (not a sedentary position).
